Flutter Sleeve

I think I'm going do a few posts like this until i can get my camera working again. The top is from Delias casual dresses and the riding boots are from old navy. The necklace is from forever21. The outfit can work for all seasons. In the winter you can throw on some black tights and it still would look perfect!
